To Create RAW PARTITION:
SA need to HA-SPOC commands
1. smitty hacmp---> System Management (C-SPOC)--> HACMP Logical Volume Management --> Shared Logical Volumes--> Add a Shared Logical Volume
2. cd /usr/es/sbin/cluster/cspoc
3. ./cli_chlv -U <userid> -G <group id> <LV NAME>
